2023年 IBグローバルランキング

2023年のインターナショナルバカロレア（IB）の平均点、世界ランキングを紹介します。IBDP（International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme）は世界140カ国で採用されている2年間で取得するカリキュラムで、6科目につき各7点（計42点）に加え、コア科目に最大3点が与えられ45点が満点です。

IBDPの学内平均点が40点を超えた学校は、2020年は11校、2021年は30校、2022年は22校そして2023年は9校でした。2023年はグローバルの平均点が例年より低かったです。

トップ5校は昨年と同じです。ロシアのギフテッド学校 Letovo School（42.1点）、シンガポールのトップローカル校Anglo Chinese School（41.8点）、香港の名門校St Paul’s Co-educational College（41.4点）シンガポールの同じくローカル校St Joseph’s Institution（41.3点）、日本のK. International School Tokyoは5位（41.1点）です。

トップ100にランクインしたシンガポールの学校を見ていきます。日本人に人気のUWCSEAはボーディングスクール（寮）があり、日本人の先生が在籍しています。Dover Campusが333名受けて36.8点、East Campusが245名受けて36.５点です。

Dulwich Collegeは118名受けて36.8点、Tanglin Trustは38.7点です。Tanglin TrustはIBとAレベルと選択できますが、イギリス人はイギリスの大学に進学する生徒が多いのでAレベルを選択する子が多いです。共に英系のインターナショナルスクールになります。Dulwich Collegeの方が日本人が多い印象があります。

ローカルインターナショナルスクールであるHwa Chong International School(38.6点)はスポーツが強く、寮もあります。学費はUWCSEAより安いです。同じくローカルインターナショナルスクールであるACS international は日本人も多く在籍しています。平均点は35.41点でした。日本人が多いChatsworth International Schoolは36点でした。

香港からは20校がランクインしています。St Paul’s Co-educational College(41.4点）、Diocesan Boys’ School(41点）は不動のトップ2校ですが、German Swiss International School(40点）も入るのが大変と聞きます。

イギリスは、日本人に人気のイギリス女子ボーディングスクールのCheltenham Ladies’ Collegeは39.1点です。

100名以上の学生がIBを選択する学校は、イギリスの人気共学ボーディングスクールのSevenoaks Schoolは231名が受けて39点でした（IBのみ選択できます）イギリス人の保護者に大人気のWellington Collegeは116名が受けて38.6点です。King Edward’s School – Birminghamは107名が受けて35.9点でした。

Bromsgrove Schoolと日本にも分校ができたRugby Schoolは38点です。Bromsgrove schoolはオススメのボーディングスクールとして最近名前を聞きます。

日本からはK. International School Tokyoのみランクインしており41.1点と高得点です。中国の上位にDulwich Collegeの分校が4つも入っており、中国では学力が高いインターナショナルスクールとして知られています。

タイからは名門人気インターのBangkok Patana School(37点)、NIST International School(36点）が2つランクインしています。

韓国はイギリスの名門女子校の分校であるNorth London Collegiate School Jeju（36点）、マレーシアはSri KDU International School – Kota Damansara(35.3点)、ベトナムはBritish International School Ho Chi Minh City(36.6点）がそれぞれ一校づつランクインしています。
